1. Introduction

Welcome to Enhanced CPD Pro: the app at https://app.cpdpro.org.uk and this website at https://enhanced.cpdpro.org.uk (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Dental CPD Services Limited ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 07514713, whose registered office is at 78 York Street, London, W1H 1DP. The Service is designed to assist dental professionals in managing their Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not access or use the Service.

3. Account registration

Registration is free, and registered users gain access to at least one free course, subject to change at our discretion. To register, you are required to provide certain personal information, including your name, email address, date of birth and GDC number. You must provide accurate, complete and current information and keep it up to date.

4. User content

You can upload information that relates to your CPD, career advancement and personal goals. This information is retained by the Company and can be downloaded by you for as long as your subscription remains active.

If your subscription lapses, the Company may delete your data from its systems. As a general rule, user data is removed 7 days after the end of an active subscription, so please download your records before your subscription ends.

5. Subscription and free trial

We provide a subscription service, which includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Current subscription plans and prices, and the prices of our one-off services, are shown on our pricing page.

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at their convenience via the app's account settings portal, which is also accessible here.

6. Links to other websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. Breach of Terms and termination

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and/or to block your use of the Service if you breach these Terms. No refunds will be provided in the event of suspension or termination due to a breach of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to any changes to these Terms.
