Referral programme terms

The Enhanced CPD Pro referral programme starts with the new version of the app. These terms apply from then.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Dental CPD Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 07514713, whose registered office is at 78 York Street, London, W1H 1DP.

2. Who can refer

Anyone with an Enhanced CPD Pro account. You earn rewards only while you are on a paid subscription.

3. Who can be referred

Dental professionals and practice staff who have never had an Enhanced CPD Pro subscription or free trial. You cannot refer yourself or another account of yours.

4. How it works

Share your personal link. A colleague who signs up through it is offered our annual subscription, with the usual 7-day free trial (card needed). Students keep their free year, and restoration and overseas customers keep their own plan.

5. Your colleague's benefit

£5 off their first annual subscription payment, applied automatically. There is no cash alternative.

6. Your reward

£5 for each referred colleague whose first annual payment is made and is not refunded or disputed within 14 days. There is no limit on the number of colleagues you refer. During the programme's first three months each reward is checked by us before it is added.

If you are not on a paid subscription when a reward is earned, we hold it for up to 12 months and add it when you subscribe.

7. Your balance

Rewards collect in your referral balance in the app.

• You can withdraw your balance once it reaches £25. We pay by bank transfer to a UK bank account in your name, within 30 days of your request.
• Your balance is not account credit and cannot be transferred.
• If you close your account with less than £25 in your balance, it is lost.
• Tax on rewards is your responsibility.

8. Sharing your link

You choose whether and how to share it.

• Share it only with people you know, and follow the law when you do. Do not send unsolicited messages in bulk.
• Do not post it on voucher or coupon sites, and do not use it in paid advertising or search ads.
• If you post it publicly, start the post with "Ad".
• Say nothing about Enhanced CPD Pro that is not on our website.
• Rewards are for referrals, never for reviews. If you review us, say that you take part in this programme.

9. Your colleague's privacy

We show you how many people signed up and subscribed, never who they are.

10. Fair use

We may withhold or cancel a reward, or end your participation, if these terms are broken or a referral is not genuine, for example a self-referral, a duplicate account, or a payment refunded or disputed.

11. Changes

We may change or end the programme with 30 days' notice in the app. Rewards already earned stay yours, and a balance of £25 or more stays withdrawable.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
